You’ve built a successful career, but behind the scenes, it feels like you’re barely holding it together.

On the outside, you look competent. On the inside, it’s a different story: constant self-doubt, never switching off, and a mind that won’t stop replaying mistakes or worrying about what’s next.

You might feel trapped by perfectionism, weighed down by procrastination, or drained from people-pleasing. Maybe anxiety, ADHD or old trauma make everything harder to manage. Whatever the cause, it’s exhausting to keep pushing while secretly feeling like you’re falling apart.

You don’t have to keep doing it alone.

If this sounds familiar, you’re not alone. Therapy can help you move forward.

Who I Work With

I work with professionals who look capable on the outside but feel like they’re crumbling inside.

Many of my clients are in their 40s and 50s, including leaders, entrepreneurs, and people with demanding careers. On paper, they’re accomplished. In reality, they’re lying awake at night, replaying conversations, worrying about mistakes, or staring at a to-do list that never shrinks.

Some wrestle with perfectionism, always waiting for the moment someone calls them a fraud. Others feel paralysed by procrastination, frustration with ADHD, or an endless cycle of people-pleasing. And almost all of them carry a nagging sense of shame, the feeling that no matter how hard they work, it’s never enough.

If this sounds familiar, therapy can help you break the cycle.

How I Work

CBT with me is practical, not abstract.

We won’t just talk about your problems; we’ll get to the root of what’s keeping you stuck and explore new ways forward. Cognitive Behavioural therapy (CBT) is structured and hands-on, which means you’ll leave sessions with tools you can actually use in real life, not just ideas to think about.

Most clients work with me for 12–20 sessions, although I’ll always adapt the pace and focus to meet your needs. Along the way, expect clarity, some gentle challenges, and strategies you can immediately put into practice, whether it’s tackling perfectionism, managing overwhelm, or breaking old patterns that feel impossible to shake.

Where I’m Based

Two options, same goal: making therapy work for you.

If you like the feel of a calm, private room away from daily distractions, I offer sessions in:

  • Rodney Street (Liverpool city centre) – easy to reach if you’re coming from work.
  • Ullet Road (south Liverpool) – a quiet setting, away from the hustle.

Or, if travel feels like just another stress you don’t need, we can meet online via secure Zoom sessions, giving you the same level of support from the comfort of your own home.

Why Choose Me?

Therapy with me isn’t about nodding politely while you talk; it’s about cutting through the noise, getting practical, and helping you actually move forward.

I’ve spent over two decades working with professionals who feel like they’re on the brink: outwardly successful, inwardly exhausted. My style is direct but supportive. I’ll challenge the patterns that keep you stuck, while also helping you uncover the strengths you’ve been overlooking.

Clients often tell me they leave sessions not just feeling understood, but with clear steps they can actually use in the real world.
