Start Feeling More in Control of Your Life

You might look successful and in control on the outside, but inside, you may feel overwhelmed, stuck, lost, or emotionally exhausted.
Maybe you’re battling with anxiety, perfectionism, impostor syndrome, low self-esteem, or depression. You might feel weighed down by constant self-doubt and worry.
You could also be a people pleaser, who finds it hard to say no or speak up for what you need, even when it comes at a personal cost.
In addition, you may have been through trauma. Or perhaps you’re living with the challenges of ADHD, whether diagnosed or suspected.
As a result, you might feel emotionally drained, self-critical, unmotivated, or disorganised. No matter how hard you try, you may find yourself stuck in the same self-defeating patterns.
If this sounds familiar, you’re not alone. Therapy can help you move forward.
Who I Work With
I specialise in supporting high-achieving professionals, particularly those in midlife, who are ready to make meaningful changes. While many of my clients are capable and driven, they often feel like they’re barely keeping things together behind the scenes.
Over time, they may come to realise they’re struggling with one or more of the following:
- Anxiety, depression, guilt, or shame
- Perfectionism and fear of failure
- ADHD challenges such as attention, impulsivity, disorganisation, time management or procrastination
- Low self-worth or putting others first
- Trouble managing emotions
- Trauma, panic, or fear of rejection
- Repeating frustrating patterns in life, despite wanting to change
If you’re ready to understand yourself better, break old habits, and create lasting change, I’d be glad to help.
How I Work
I offer Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), a proven, practical, structured approach that helps you build skills, develop resilience, and reach your goals.
Therapy is short-term (typically 12–20 sessions) and tailored to your specific needs, values, and objectives.
Whether we meet in person or online, I’ll work with you in a way that’s supportive, clear, and focused. Together, we’ll explore what’s holding you back. You’ll learn practical tools and develop the confidence to help you make lasting change.
Where I’m Based
You can access therapy in one of my two consulting rooms:
- Rodney Street, L1, in Liverpool city centre
- Ullet Road, L17, in south Liverpool
Or, if you prefer, we can meet online via secure Zoom video sessions.

With over 24 years of experience, I’ve helped hundreds of people just like you understand what’s going on, feel more confident, and make lasting change.
I offer a safe, private, and professional space where you can finally make sense of things – and start feeling better.
