Payment Methods I accept payment for the initial consultation by debit card or credit card during the booking process. For subsequent sessions payment is only accepted by bank transfer before the session.

Insurance I am a registered provider with Aviva, AXA Health, Cigna, Healix and The Exeter insurance companies.
Lateness and non-attendance If you arrive late for any reason, I will not be able to continue the session after the finishing time, i.e. 50 minutes after the scheduled start time. I charge the full session fee for sessions that you do not attend or where you do not give at least 72 hours’ notice to cancel.
