The Right Support for When You’re Ready to Make Real Change

I’m a qualified, experienced, and accredited counsellor and psychotherapist offering both in-person and online therapy via Zoom. My consulting rooms are based in central Liverpool (Rodney Street) and south Liverpool (Ullet Road).

Who I Help

I specialise in working with high-achieving professionals in midlife who appear successful on the outside—but privately struggle with anxiety, perfectionism, low self-esteem, impostor syndrome, burnout or depression. Many are people-pleasers who find it hard to set boundaries. They feel stuck, overwhelmed, and emotionally exhausted despite building solid careers. Some have late-diagnosed or undiagnosed ADHD, PTSD, or long-standing patterns of self-criticism and worry.

What these clients have in common is a deep desire for change and a willingness to do the hardwork needed to finally feel more confident, balanced, and at peace with themselves.

My Approach

I’m trained in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and draw on over two decades of experience to provide practical, evidence-based support. I work collaboratively with clients to help them understand what’s keeping them stuck, develop personalised strategies for moving forward, find their strengths and build long-term resilience. I bring warmth, honesty, and a down-to-earth style to therapy – so you can feel supported, not judged.

Experience You Can Trust

With over 24 years of experience, and 19 in private practice, I’ve supported people from a wide range of backgrounds. For over a decade, I was based in the City of London, where I helped high-pressure professionals navigate stress, life transitions, and emotional struggles. I have helped clients from all walks of life, including people of different nationalities, ethnicities, religions, and sexual orientations.
