I am a qualified, experienced, and accredited counsellor and psychotherapist. I offer psychotherapy in person and online using Zoom. My consulting rooms are on Rodney Street in central Liverpool and on Ullet Road in south Liverpool.
Expertise
I specialise in helping people manage the challenges of ADHD whilst also identifying and building on strengths. I also help people overcome low self-esteem, perfectionism, anxiety and depression. Working towards becoming more confident, relaxed, and self-accepting. My approach is empathic, genuine, honest, challenging, and approachable.
Experience
I have worked as a counsellor and psychotherapist for 24 years, the last 19 of which have been in private practice. For over a decade, I was based in the City of London (London’s business and finance district), helping stressed professionals. I have helped clients from all walks of life, including people of different nationalities, ethnicities, religions, and sexual orientations, with a wide variety of problems.

I am trained in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy. I work collaboratively with clients to equip them with the tools to overcome obstacles, find their strengths and build resilience.
